Licensor observed unlocked closet/s leading into storage area of mats and laundry room for access to washer / dryer or other hazourdous items. Licensor observed outlet near bathroom sink was not GFCI equipped with tamper resistant outlet Licensor observed pieces of wood on outside pathway that could pose a risk of tripping.
